Subprocessors
1. What this list is
A subprocessor is a company we use that handles personal data our customers put in OllieLeads. This page lists each one, what it does and where. It is part of our data processing agreement.
Each one is bound by a contract with data protection terms at least as strict as ours, and we stay responsible for it.
2. For lead data
The leads and contacts your forms collect, and what you set up in the app:
| Company | What it does for us | Personal data | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website, the app and the API. Receives every lead your forms send, queues it and keeps an archive copy for recovery. | Leads as they arrive, everything in the app | Archive in the EU. Requests are handled at the Cloudflare location nearest the visitor. |
| Neon | Runs the database where leads, contacts and workspace settings are stored. | Leads, contacts, workspace data | EU (Frankfurt, Germany), on Amazon Web Services |
| Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) | Sends the email alerts and daily digests you turn on. | The lead details in each alert or digest | EU (Frankfurt, Germany) |
3. For your account and billing
Your own details as a customer: your account, sign-in and billing.
| Company | What it does for us | Personal data | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Takes card payments, keeps billing details and prepares invoices. | Billing name, email, address, VAT ID, card | EU and United States |
| Google, GitHub | Confirm who you are when you sign in with them. They act under their own privacy policies. | Name, email, account ID | United States |
4. Destinations you connect
When you connect Slack, Discord, MailBluster, a webhook, an AI agent through MCP or the API, or add an email address for alerts, we send leads there because you told us to. Those are your own tools, under your own agreements with them, so they are not our subprocessors and are not listed here. Disconnect one and nothing more is sent to it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Lead data is stored in the EU. Some of these companies are based in the United States or may reach data from there, for example for support. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, with the changes Swiss law requires.
6. Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a subprocessor of lead data, we email the owners of every workspace at least 30 days ahead and update this page. If you object, write to privacy@ollieleads.com. If we can't address your objection, you can end your contract without penalty.
Questions about privacy go to privacy@ollieleads.com, and a person answers.
