Data processing agreement

A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request for every plan. Talk to us and we will send it to you.

The agreement is between you and OllieLeads, ollieleads.com.

2. What it covers

• Processor-only use. We handle your leads only to run OllieLeads for you. We never use them to train models, never enrich them with data from elsewhere, and never resell them.
• EU storage. Lead data at rest is stored in the EU.
• Subprocessors. The subprocessors we use and what each one does.
• Deletion and return. At the end of your contract, you choose: we return your data to you, or we delete it.
