The fine print

What actually happens at the limits

Free reaches 500

You get a milestone, then 7 days of grace with nothing changed. After that, new leads are still caught and held for 30 days: you see the form, time, source and first name, and upgrading reveals every held lead instantly with original timestamps. Your first 500 stay fully visible and exportable forever.

Every held lead shows the date it expires.

Pro passes 1,000

Capture continues. The next 1,000 bill at $10, you get a notice at the first overage and at set dollar increments, and the billing page shows a live estimate. A big month is business continuity, never an outage.

Sudden spam bursts are quarantined and never billed.

You cancel or a payment fails

Stored data is never deleted for non-payment. Everything you could see stays visible and exportable for 90 days, and new leads follow the held path until things are sorted. Deletion and access requests are honored whatever the billing state.

What counts as a lead?

A real form interaction with a usable email or phone, or a proper submit with meaningful answers. Field saves, retries, edits and repeat sends of the same lead never count twice. Spam and test traffic never count at all, and marking a lead as spam refunds it.

Why is Free 500 total instead of monthly?

So it works as a real plan, not a trial with a stopwatch. Take six months to use your 500, they are yours. One Free workspace per person, and a domain lives in one Free workspace at a time.

Do feedback and newsletter forms use the same meter?

Yes, every form type counts the same, which keeps the rules simple and ungameable. If your workload is heavy on feedback, talk to us and we will shape a plan around it.

Is the API limited on Free?

The full surface ships on every plan: REST, signed webhooks, remote MCP and the MailBluster connector. We want your agent to set things up on day one, not after an upgrade.

How does this compare to Formspree?
