Privacy policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy covers the OllieLeads website and the waitlist for the OllieLeads pilot. It explains what we collect when you use them, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

It does not cover the OllieLeads product, or the leads the product stores for customers. Those are covered separately, in the terms of service and the data processing agreement.

The website and the waitlist are run by OllieLeads, ollieleads.com ("we" or "us"), reachable at privacy@ollieleads.com. We decide how this data is used, which makes us the controller under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into our two forms.

• The pilot waitlist on the start page: your name, work email, the website with your form, which tools build your forms, roughly how many leads you get a month, and whether you want the founding price held for you.
• The Talk to us form: your name, work email, company, roughly how many leads you get a month, and your message.

When you load a page or send a form, your request passes through Cloudflare, our host. Like any web host, it handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We do not use these details to track you.

3. How we use it

Only to run the pilot and to reply to you. That means answering your message, inviting you to the pilot, setting up a call, and holding the founding price if you asked us to.

We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

You give us these details so that we can reply to you or bring you into the pilot. Under the GDPR, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

5. Cookies

We set one cookie, and it is functional. When you close the founding offer bar at the top of the site, the ol_founding_hidden cookie remembers that for 30 days so the bar stays closed. It contains no personal data.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Where it is stored and who handles it

Your details are stored in the EU, in Frankfurt. Three service providers handle them for us, as our processors:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and receives the forms you send.
• Neon: runs the database where your details are stored, in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Amazon Web Services: delivers the emails we send you, from its EU region.

Cloudflare runs a global network, so your request may pass briefly through a location near you before your details are stored in the EU.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to run the pilot and to reply to you. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the details we hold about you, and send you a copy
• correct them
• delete them
• stop or limit how we use them

In the EU and Switzerland, these rights come from the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. You can also object to any use based on our legitimate interest, and complain to your data protection authority. In Switzerland that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

In the United States, state privacy laws such as California's give you the right to know, correct and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share it as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

To use a right, email privacy@ollieleads.com. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from your email address. We answer within one month.

9. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
